Change
You can never really change someone’s attitude, unless the willingness to change comes directly from that person. So instead of being negative commenting on people’s attitude that you don’t get, better save the energy for something else useful for greater good

Office: Wrong outfit turned positive
My office can be strict with its rules at times. No earphone, limited internet allowance, etc. One thing it is very loose in rules are clothing rules, especially for the female staff. Basically it’s no jeans, no T-Shirt, no pajamas, no shorts, and for the male they must use tie. I’ve worn cotton blouse, leggings, dress, sandals and have receive no complaints so far. So, dresscode is pretty casual, except for when there’s international guest.
So there’s this new female staff in my division. She’s fresh graduate with no prior working experience. She’s bubbly, naive, a very good teasing target (we’re cruel like that), and today she wears a full-on working outfit. You know, buttoned striped shirt, black skirt, black blazer, black high heels. Very contrast to what most of us wearing. For example, I’m wearing blue cotton blouse, cotton jacket and casual black trouser; whilst my partner wears black cotton skirt and white lacy blouse. When the new kid arrived this morning, we immediately called her “Ms. Boss”
Anyway, towards the end of day, our Assistant Manager was interviewing some new applicants in the meeting room, and this new kid went inside to get his signature on some documents. As soon as she went in, these new applicants immediately stood up and bowed down and shook her hand, thinking she was some high-ranking manager because of her very formal outfit. She told us the story shamefully, and as you know we used it to our advantage to tease her endlessly.
Poor girl =P
